Shipping:

I can book a plane ticket up to 14 days in advance. I will coordinate flight times with the customer a few days in advance before the bird gets shipped.  The customer is then given the airline (Always Delta Airline unless otherwise stated), flight number(s), airway bill number, and flight arrival time prior to departure. To make sure the baby isn't waiting in the airport I always recommend that the customer arrives at the airport no later than the expected flight arrival time.

I will send a text message to the customer once again before heading to the airport to send the baby off on the plane. I will also keep in contact with the customer to inform them of any delays or issues that might have arisen. I will keep in contact with the customer until I am informed the baby is received safely in their hands.

All sales are final when the birds are shipped. There are no returning the birds. We have a 24 hour limit of notification, after delivering of the birds, of any death at the point of delivery, specified on the order. Immediate inspection is necessary to ensure damage didn't occur during shipping and the birds are alive at delivery. We will replace the dead bird or refund the cost of the bird one time, but not the shipping cost.

I ship via Delta Airlines; it is a flat fee of $195 which includes the carrier and plane ticket (to Alaska and Hawaii have different charges).

Any bird that leaves our aviary must be paid in full before the bird is shipped.

We offer shipping within the U.S. We do NOT offer international shipping to any other country.
